Dashboard Login Password Reset User Additions Access Levels
The GuestMetrics dashboard is located at https://dashboard.guestmetrics.us/. Enter your email and password to log into the application. The URL and/or log in screen may differ for enterprise accounts with SSO integration.
Once your account has been created, you can use the ‘Forgot Password?’ link to set your password. An email will be sent containing a link to a page to enter your new password. If you continue to have problems accessing your account, or you lose access to your email address, please contact us.
The number of users allowed is dependent on your access level. Please see http://www.guestmetrics.com/pricing/ for details.
Each user is permissioned to one location by default. Users with Enterprise View can set custom access levels for their users. For example, executive users may have to access all locations, while regional managers may be restricted to a specific geography or brand.
To add users, please contact us with the user’s information and the corresponding location/s to be permissioned. For security purposes, a company domain is preferred when adding users (email@example.com).
For information about your access level, click on the icon at the upper-right corner of your screen. This will display user information, the number of locations accessible, and subscription information.
