what is guestmetrics?

GuestMetrics is an enterprise wide reporting and analytics platform for the Hospitality industry.  For an annual or monthly subscription, we provide access to a set of cloud-based reporting Dashboard and Metrics as well as Benchmarking and Advanced Analytic tools that help individuals and enterprises improve operational efficiency and profitability.  GuestMetrics is simple for anyone and everyone to use and understand.  The Support section of this website will provide the information needed to help you gain the most from this very powerful business tool.


what does guestmetrics subscription include?

There are a number of options for deploying GuestMetrics however all of these options include; 

Secure Point-Of-Sale (POS) Agents – GuestMetrics provides agents or links to enable the secure transfer of transaction data from each outlet to a secure hosted Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure. Currently we provide agents for the following Point-Of-Sale Systems:

  • NCR Aloha
  • Micros 3700, 9700, Symphony 1 & 2
  • POSitouch
  • InfoGenesis
  • Others (Contact us for a full list)

Content Hosting - All transaction data is stored in accordance with the company’s Data Governance Policy in our secure Hadoop infrastructure at AWS. This ensures that data is protected and quickly accessible for client access.  Depending on your subscription GuestMetrics stores between 14 days and 27 months of data.  Long-term archive services are available upon request.

Dashboard Access – The GuestMetrics platform leverages a set of easy to understand reporting and visualization templates to display each locations performance.  All Subscriptions include Sales Metrics, Menu Metrics, Server Metrics and Check Metrics tools for users (starting with 5 and growing to an Unlimited number of users based on the level of subscription).  Multi-Level Secure Access Controls and Single-Sing-On (SSO) options are available as Advanced and Premium subscription options.

Responsive Analytics – The GuestMetrics platform is a responsive web based platform and as such is supported on all mobile devices from tables and mobile phones to laptops and desktop devices.

Customer Care – GuestMetrics Advisors are available at any time, 365 days a year, to answer your questions and resolve issues.  Support options are available to meet the needs of every enterprise with Web Based support and even 24x7 Premium options available to subscribers.

how do i get started?

Please explore the features and options available from GuestMetrics and when you’re ready to start using GuestMetrics we will need to establish a secure method for uploading your transaction data to the platform.  This can be done with the use of Point-Of-Sale agent(s), a corporate data feed, or in partnership with your POS provider in the case of hosted Symphony users.  Please contact us to discuss the best options for you.

how long does it take to get up and running?

In many cases it takes just a few days to get customers up and running.  In some cases where there are hundreds or even thousands of locations globally it may take up to 30 days to complete the secure access and integration of data. Contact us and we can provide an estimate and overview of what it takes to successfully deploy GuestMetrics in your enterprise.


how much does it cost?
